Needless to say, I was dragging today. I attended a 3 hour French class at 9:30am on 3 hours of sleep. haha.
On to another sport topic, we attended our first rugby game this weekend!! It was held on Saturday night in Albi. Albi was hosting Bourge. It was soooo interesting and a lot of fun! When I first walked in, I felt like it was a lot like the atmosphere of a high school football game. The game is so intense. I didn't really know the rules of rugby or how it was played, but I feel like I caught on pretty well. Owen helped to explain a lot too haha. The fans are crazy! They cheer the WHOLE time. We joined the bandwagon and cheered right along with them. As a matter of fact, their mascot loved us! He would come to our section often and have us do a cheer with him. We really had a good time at the game and plan to attend another soon!
Yesterday we had our debut at Mass. We have been attending choir practice with Peter and Margaret down the street and we were able to "show off" yesterday. haha We sang a hymn after Communion for the Church. They seemed to love it. I felt like I was in a grade school play again. haha
I guess I'll end on a funny story to let you guys know that I still don't always have the best common sense. After the game, some of us REALLY had to go to the bathroom. Most of their bathrooms are unisex. So we found one and to our knowledge, we thought it was only urinals. We moved on to another bathroom and still only thought it was for men. Finally, we come across a bathroom that has a sign with a lady on it and there are plenty of ladies in line. As I enter the stall, I see what I thought was for men and I quickly realized that the women use these..

I had NO idea what to do. hahaha but I REALLY had to go to the bathroom. So, I saw the spot for your feet so I was like okay apparently I stand there, but I didn't want to put my feet in the actual thing so I stood on the side. And without getting into TOO much detail, I somewhat squatted facing the wall and holding my jeans away from my body. For a second, I thought I was going to have to take my pants off. haha I was certain that I was going to make a mess or get it on me. Surprisingly, I didn't and I went to the bathroom. Well, the next day I am uploading the pictures and it dawns on me that you are supposed to squat with your back to the wall. haha sooo, leave it to me to find the most difficult way to do something! However, I was pretty successful with it:) haha.
So, between the rugby game and the Steeler victory, I had a pretty good weekend! :) We have our last excursion with Eric on Wednesday and I'll be sure to post information and pictures after that!
